Collective Trauma Unwinds
This month's energy is opening you into a deep release. As the eclipse gateway draws old shadow to the surface, it is not only your own story rising, but the grief and survival patterning carried by the whole human body you are part of. You may feel it as a shift in the nervous system, a clearing in the physical body, or a purge that moves through your dream space.

Inside an eclipse portal, anything you bring consciousness to begins to shift and reveal itself with unusual speed. There is a strong current toward presence this month, and the pull to distract will be real.
