This month’s circle invites you to step into the heart of September’s powerful eclipse portal, a time when endings, shadow work, and profound transformation are stirring both individually and collectively. Together, we’ll navigate these four key energetic themes:

Up Leveling Your Empowerment

This month invites us to explore power in a new way. True empowerment isn’t about achievement, status, or outward success it’s the inner stability that comes from integrating all parts of ourselves, even the shadowed or wounded aspects. As we step into eclipse energies, fragmented parts of the self are rising to be reclaimed. By witnessing them without judgment, we begin to draw them back home into wholeness. In this circle, we’ll work with these aspects directly, learning how to see our shadows as allies and untapped superpowers. The result is a deeper resilience and a more embodied sense of strength that comes from within, not from the world outside.

Trusting Your Unique Path

September’s Virgo influence can stir perfectionism, comparison, and the need for external validation. Many of us may feel pulled to measure ourselves against others, wondering if we’re “doing it right.” But this month’s medicine is about pulling our attention back inward learning to trust that our path, however different it may look, is exactly right for us. Together we’ll explore how to shift from seeking approval outside of ourselves to cultivating self-validation and inner trust. This theme invites us to let the heart lead the way, to release inherited stories of “not enough,” and to honor that fulfillment not ease or comfort is the true compass of the soul.

Ending of Endings

2025, a nine year, is about completion and closure. This month’s eclipses amplify that energy, bringing forward endings that are both personal and collective. These closures don’t have to be dramatic; they can be quiet, graceful releases relationships, jobs, or patterns that no longer serve. By honoring these completions rather than resisting them, we create the space needed for the new blessings coming our way. In this circle, we’ll work with eclipse energies to release ancestral imprints, karmic cycles, and lingering frustrations. You’ll be guided to find peace in the letting go, to allow divine timing to unfold, and to celebrate endings as sacred thresholds into what’s next.

Being the Witness

One of the deepest practices of this month is learning to simply be present with ourselves, with others, and with the collective without rushing to fix, control, or bypass the intensity of emotions. Eclipse season stirs the shadow, which can surface as grief, anger, fear, or confusion. Our task is to witness these waves with compassion, neutrality, and courage. In this circle, we’ll practice what it means to sit with the purity of an emotion without judgment or story, allowing it to move through naturally. By strengthening our sacral chakra and emotional body, we expand our capacity to hold space for ourselves and for the world in a way that transforms pain into courage, presence, and renewed clarity.
