Inner Expansion: August Online Healing Circle
With the Lion’s Gate portal wide open and multiple planets in retrograde, we’re being invited not into outward explosion but inward expansion. This is a time to remember and reclaim what's always lived inside of us.
Rather than launching forward, this month calls us to turn inward and gently dissolve the inner blocks that limit our capacity to create, feel, and be seen. Clearing the Veils of Forgetting
Many of us are feeling subtle (and not-so-subtle) breakthroughs happening beneath the surface private awakenings that shift the entire way we see ourselves. In this retrograde-supported time, we are being guided to gently lift the veils we agreed to walk through when we incarnated. These veils, this energetic amnesia, have kept us disconnected from our wholeness. Together, we’ll clear the fog, not by striving or fixing, but by seeing ourselves clearly and without judgment. You may find your inner knowing resurfacing in powerful and quiet ways.
Manifesting in the Now
This month we’re also working with what I’ve been calling “mind puddles”, the mental loops and outdated stories we unconsciously step into. These patterns have kept us manifesting from past pain or future fear. But right now, you have access to new energy, and the power to make conscious choices that break old timelines. We’ll work together to call your energy back into the present moment, where infinite possibilities live. There will be openings to pause, reflect, and respond differently birthing a brand-new reality from this empowered now.
Healing the Collapsed Feminine
This is a big one. We are in a collective unraveling of the collapsed feminine not just the wounded feminine, but the part of us that has been shamed, silenced, or overwhelmed into collapse. This is the part of you that feels too much, the part that has been told emotion is weakness. But your ability to feel is your greatest superpower. This circle will guide us into sacred spaces within ourselves where we’ve collapsed under emotional weight and offer tools and energy healing to bring those parts into the light, with love. As we do this, we begin to rise in our magnetic, empowered feminine which makes way for the sacred masculine to anchor in a whole new way.
A Time to Expand from Within
This Lion’s Gate portal may feel different than in years past. It’s less about shouting your truth from the rooftops, and more about excavating the truth beneath your skin. Expansion is happening but it’s happening within. So bring your journal. Bring your breath. Bring the parts of you that are ready to stop settling for half-versions of yourself. We’ll move through channeled guidance, energetic transmissions, and heart-centered healing together clearing dense layers and calling forward new light for the journey ahead.
