May Online Healing Circle - Clearing Trauma Filters

The echoes of the traumas we have experienced in this lifetime and other lifetimes live on in our mental bodies. These become filters through which we experience the world around us. These filters when in place distort our view of reality and make us susceptible to fear based responses when met with uncomfortable energies in our relationships. This has a great impact on our ability to connect in wholeness and unity with one another. We must clear these filters so that we can be open and create true and lasting connection in our relationships.

In this month’s healing circle we will examine and get clear on the filters we have in place and begin the process of dismantling them. This will allow us to open to true connection first with ourselves, source, earth and then with one another. The feelings of loneliness and disconnection that these filters create will also be cleared. These shifts in our field will also help us get clear on our relationships, which to keep and which might need better boundaries.
