Too often when we are guided to open our hearts old fears and betrayal traumas resurface and we retract. This keeps us stuck in a looping pattern of disconnection, isolation and loneliness.
When we activate clarity of heart, we step into clear discernment and awareness of when to open the heart and trust the connection and when to pull back. This clarity is essential as we move towards unity consciousness on this planet, while manipulation and control energy is present and still being cleared.
In this month’s healing circle we will explore this topic of “Clarity of Heart”. We will activate the heart-brain connection to support us in discerning which connections should expand and which should fall away.
