Knowing we are love and embodying that vibration are two very different things.  When we embody love as the truth of who we are, we begin to magnetize to us that same experience of love in all of our interactions and life situations.  This frequency allows us to rest in what is and trust without seeking external validation from others. As you learn to let go of these barriers and the pursuit of approval from others, you'll discover how to deeply embody the true frequency of love.
