Emotions are a powerful force in our lives. Feeling them can create change and an opening for new beginnings. Repressing them can impact our health, happiness and ability to connect with the world around us. It is through the emotional body that we will ascend to the 5th Dimensional Consciousness. The absence of emotions create a flat reality and being overwhelmed by feeling creates chaos. So how do we claim balance in the waters of the emotional ocean?

In this month’s healing circle we will explore the topic of emotional empowerment. We will learn how to access, clear and empower the sacral chakra, which is the home of the emotional body. We will take a look at the unprocessed emotional baggage we carry and how that might be impacting our ability to be empowered in connection with ourselves and others. Stepping into emotional empowerment will pave the way for a faster shift to 5D consciousness on this planet. The only way to the other side of this great transition we are experiencing is through the empowering emotional body.
