Residing in the heart of the present moment, while trusting the next moment to manifest in divine order is the medicine we need right now. So much of the struggle and pain we experience on earth stems from our deep, almost addictive need to know what’s coming next.
In this months healing circle we will be exploring the theme of embracing the now. We will seek to understand how to remain in presence even when there are many unknowns looming. This circle will help to release frustration and impatience which rob us of our ability to stay present and aware.
