April Online Healing Circle - Activating Body Consciousness

In April, one of the key energetic themes is on an individual level, we have access to activate a deeper level of consciousness in our bodies. This looks like us having more access to our unconscious body processes and to begin to have a deeper level of understanding of those processes. Our root chakra holds the key to how our body functions, but for the majority of us that level of health and well being is functioning completely “outside” of our control or so we think.

In this month’s healing circle we will challenge that perspective and work to understand the energetic link between the root chakra and the physical body. We will work to claim a higher degree of connection with our bodies and bring in our own personal template of health and clear out any energy that prevents the body from running that template.
