Art to Heart: A Full Sensory Experience of Yoga, Art and Sound

  • C3 Lab 2525 Distribution Street Charlotte, NC, 28203 United States (map)

We live in a world that is constantly telling us to hurry up, do more, and feel less. The constant pushing and hustling has us all in a state of restlessness that is ready to pounce. When we take time to connect with our senses, we have the opportunity to experience the beauty of the chaos.

Art to Heart resonates and facilitates healing. Sound vibrations gently massage the cellular body back into harmony, clearing blockages, and restoring vitality. Yoga is the synchronization of breath, movement, and intention; and can lead to shifts to the parasympathetic nervous system, where the body has the capacity to heal itself. Art has the power to invoke feeling and emotion, and creates the perfect backdrop to fully immerse yourself.

Celebrate this chance to be alive, awake, and breathing at c3 Lab with Grace Millsap and Zen Within with 75 minutes of pure sensory bliss. No experience in moving your body required, come as you are!
Invest in your experience, pay what aligns with your budget $22-$33. (Sweatnet members + c3 members for $11).

Zen Within community members receive $11 off ticket price by using code “art2heart” at registration

We’ve partnered with Wind River Wellness Retreats & Outreach Programs, a local non-profit that creates opportunities for people in cancer treatment to attend retreats and programs that focus on the nonmedical aspects of healing. In a safe, tranquil setting, men and women living with cancer are able to slow down, learn new tools to help reduce stress, tap their creativity, and connect with other survivors, leading to increased quality of life. As we collectively immerse into the journey of sound and movement, may our healing and investment extend to others. $1 from every ticket sold will be donated to supporting this cause.
