What kinds of online spiritual courses does Zen Within Academy offer?

Zen Within Academy offers 15 online courses and programs across four themes: energy healing (The Awakening, Embracing, Healing the 4 Etheric Bodies), channeling (Channeling the Ascended Masters, Channeling the Ancestors, I AM Starseed), divine feminine and creation work (The Heart of the Mother, The Creatorship Cohort, The Solar Initiation), and New Earth consciousness (New Earth Now Foundations, New Earth Relating). Formats include self-paced courses, live cohorts, and Monthly Online Healing Circles.

Who teaches the courses?

Every course is channeled and taught by Katie Sutton, founder of Zen Within Academy, who has over 15 years of experience in spiritual teaching, energy healing, and channeling. Co-founder Josh Vogt joins for select programs and retreats.

Which spiritual course should a beginner start with?

Start with Level 1: The Awakening for foundational energy healing practices, or join the Monthly Online Healing Circles to experience group energy work in a supportive setting. Re-Sourced is another gentle entry point. You can also use the Course Finder above for a recommendation based on your goal and experience level.

Can I take the courses at my own pace?

Yes. Most courses are recorded and self-paced, so you can begin any time and return to the material whenever you like. Live programs such as The Creatorship Cohort, The Solar Initiation, and the Monthly Healing Circles meet online and provide recordings for anyone who cannot attend live.

What are the Monthly Online Healing Circles?

The Monthly Online Healing Circles are live group healing sessions held online each month, each with a different theme. They combine guided meditation, energy work, and collective healing practices, and past circles are available in the Healing Circle Archive.

Do I need any experience with energy healing or channeling?

No experience is required. Courses are organized by level, from beginner foundations through advanced practitioner and wayshower training, so there is a starting point wherever you are on your path.

Where are the New Earth Now courses hosted?

New Earth Now Foundations and New Earth Relating are hosted at New Earth Now School (newearthnowschool.com), Zen Within Academy's sister school for New Earth consciousness training. Links on this page take you directly there.
